Employees covered by occupational health (OH) services provided by employers, costs of the services, reimbursements paid out.
Employers are required to arrange for access to OH services for all their employees. The purpose of occupational health care is to combat health hazards and risks arising from work or workplace circumstances and to maintain and promote the safety, health and fitness for work of employees. Kela reimburses employers for part of the cost of providing OH services for employees.
