Recipients of rehabilitation allowance paid by Kela, rehabilitation allowances paid out, average (euros/statistical reference period/recipient) rehabilitation allowances and reimbursed days.

The data do not include rehabilitation arranged by Kela.

Rehabilitation allowance safeguards the rehabilitation client's income during rehabilitation. Rehabilitation allowance may be paid to persons aged 16-67 years who due to rehabilitation cannot work.

• Age group (0–6 years, 7–15 years, 16–19 years, …, 16–69 years, over 69 years)
• Service producer (Rehabilitation services from Kela, Rehabilitation services from some other service provider and Has not received rehabilitation services).
  Rehabilitation allowance may be paid even if the person does not participate in rehabilitation. For instance, a close relative who participates in adaptation training or family rehabilitation may receive rehabilitation allowance.

Statistical reference period

Annual data available since 2007. Monthly data available for the current and two preceding years.

Updating frequency

Updated monthly. Annual data updated in January.
