The compensation for annual leave costs compensates for the employer's costs due to annual leaves that accrue during periods of maternity, paternity and parental allowance.
The recipients are persons who have received maternity, paternity or parental allowance and whose employers have received compensation for annual leave costs with regard to the costs due to annual leave that has accrued during periods of maternity, paternity or parental allowances. The report further contains data on the amounts of annual leave compensation paid out, reimbursed days as well as the average compensation.
The employer is entitled to compensation for annual leave costs for every calendar month for which annual leave has accrued during a period of maternity, paternity or parental allowance. Compensation is paid for 2.5 days per calendar month.
