Rehabilitation / Rehabilitation services
Recipients of rehabilitation services arranged by Kela, expenditure and average (euros/statistical reference period/recipient) expenditure.
The term 'rehabilitation client' refers to persons who were provided access to funded rehabilitation services during the year in question. The decision identifying the rehabilitation measure provided may have been made previously. Recipients of the cash rehabilitation allowance available from Kela are also included among rehabilitation clients (Act on the rehabilitation services and cash benefits provided by Kela). Due to lack of data on the rehabilitation measures provided to allowance recipients in 2013, they are, in the analyses presenting a classification by rehabilitation measure, included only in the total.
If a person has received several rehabilitation decisions in a single statistical reference period, each with a different disease indicated as the reason for rehabilitation, the diseases are counted separately in this report. However, each person is only represented once in the total.
Annual data available since 2007. Monthly data available for the current and two preceding years.
Updated monthly. Annual data updated in January.
